One eighth beef is estimated to provide enough beef to feed a single person family roughly two meals per week for one year.

Because our beef is grass finished, this means that all of your cuts are leaner, contain less fat, and STILL have ALL the flavor you would expect from a high-quality cut of meat. We are also only offering boneless cuts of meat.

What does this mean for you?

This means that not only are you NOT paying for the extra fat on your steaks, you are also not paying extra for the weight of the bones.

When purchasing grain finished beef, you can expect to pay lower prices per pound for more weight. What's not being mentioned is that extra weight is made up of excess fat and bones that only cost you more money for less product in the end. 

How it works:

We have a limited number of beef share boxes available. Once you have paid your deposit and secured your beef share, we will begin prepping your order for shipping or pick-up.

Beef share boxes are packed in boxes that are roughly 40 lbs each.

Once your beef share is packed and ready, you will be contacted to make the final payment on your share.

Once your payment has been received in full, we will schedule your pick-up time or confirm your shipment date.

Space Requirements:

One eighth beef requires roughly 2 cubic feet of freezer space. If you have a separate chest or stand-up freezer with at least 2 cubic feet of space available, the eighth beef should fit. If you plan on using your regular fridge freezer to store the beef, please keep in mind that a beef share of this size will likely take up at least 3/4 of the total freezer space.
